Focus Groups

Our group can conduct presentations in person or via web conference to demonstrate a new or existing product. These presentations can include professors or students in a group size that is ideal for you. We are experts at moderating a collaborative discussion around the key topics of a product. Our moderators are trained to be objective and because we are an independent market research company, the audience feels more open to express their true viewpoints about the product. We encourage our clients to join us for all parts of the discussion so they can benefit real time and we will provide a detailed summary of the discussion upon conclusion.

Our specific focus group services include:

  • Discuss and review all materials with the product team. Demonstrate and test the technology to ensure compliance and accuracy.

  • Contact target professors via phone and email about the focus group offerings. Our invite list will ensure a participant group as large as your needs warrant.

  • Develop a survey and collect professor comments post focus group.

  • Summarize information and include participant comments in a deliverable to you.
